The El Dorado Cask Strength Single Still Port Mourant Rum was bottled at cask strength to reveal its robust flavours. This rum was produced on the Double Wooden Pot Still, the only one of its kind in use today. Constructed in 1732 on the Port Mourant Estate, this still was later moved to Uitvlugt Estate and then to the Diamond Estate in 2000.

Caramel, Demerara sugar, and burnt treacle balanced by dry, resinous oak and anise. Leaves and enduring leathery finish. Notes of charred sugar, tobacco, and woody Demerara spice slowly fade out.
