El Dorado 12-Year Rum is composed of a blend of aged rums, all at least 12 years old. The rums are distilled using a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills and the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still.

This rum has been laid down in bourbon oak casks for at least 12 years producing a rich and diverse spirit.

Lush tropical fruit and spices on the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Mellow, full bodied with rich flavours of fruits and spice. A delightful, elegant and dry finish.
